U is for Urge. If you get an urge to use. Pick up the phone to call your sponsor instead of your dealer or a taxi. If you get an urge to go to a bar, go to a meeting. If you get an urge to hurt yourself or someone else, go to ER. Call the hotlines, they are open 24 hours, no matter what urge you have. Attachments:
