Please keep our recovery friends Kari and BW in your prayers....
Both have issues in their lives that require prayers and good thoughts from all their friends! I believe, with all my heart, in the power of prayer....
Peace on the journey, SG

Dear God,
I'd really, really like to ask you to give our BW a hand getting back on-line.... there are so many of us that need her back sharing her ES&H.
Lord, our Kari can really use your help, you know what she's facing, please get her back to good health and back here to EOR.
Praying only for thy will not my will..... SG

Thank You all
and here I am once aain asking for mre prayers...went to the doc this past week because of some additinal health concerns and was told I had had a mild stroke
I am grateful it was mild..yet it did bvring up some fear and to be honest my little rebel came out and I struggled with acceptance for a bit especially when doc strongly suggested to get a #$%*!^ walker. [sure makes me feel older even tho my head and heart says I am a young spring chicken LOL]
Anywho...please keep the prayers going upward and I will keep on fluttering with a grateful heart

BW.... please know I will keep you in my prayers today and always. I know the news that your doctor gave you must have been upsetting for you but thank God it was a mild stroke. I think you will know when it's time to get a walker but in the mean time just take care and don't push yourself to hard!
Keep the faith.... hugs, SG

Continued prayers BW, even though I inherited my aunt's walker, it took almost a year for me to break down and use it. It isn't just about walking it, it helps me when I am having problems with my asthma and gives me a place to sit, it helps me to be independent and get my groceries and not put my life on hold waiting for others, and then it helps with balance and when my knee or hip go out, I have the support. Now I don't know what I would do without it, it was a blessing in disguise, even though I fought it tooth and nail, because I was not old in my head, but the body had broken down many years ago.

Hi BW
Sure hope your worries over health concerns are no longer a problem. If it was a mild stroke and a minimum of damage done I feel certain you will be back on pace in no time. Just in case, I am going to keep you on my prayer list and will think positive thoughts aimed in your direction.... ;D
Peace on the journey my friend, SG
