Thank you for sharing. When I came into recovery, it was stop the world I want to get off. Didn't think I qualified, but I thought if I just tagged along, said the words, they would let me stay long enough for me to find out what they had.

Grew up in the church, very active in the church (three times on Sunday, prayer meeting and young people's). My father was the preacher's son and I was the preacher's son's daughter.

I had to redefine who God was to me and regain my faith and trust.
