Found this on another site. Really like the part When I forgive, I am not granting anyone permission to harm me or someone else. I am releasing the energy I have carried about mistakes I and others have made.Sometimes I forget that feelings are energy, and all I have to do is let go of them. I can't change them on my own and I have to reach out and ask for help. Forgiveness is a great healing tool, and I am the loser if I hang onto the old anger, resentments, and regrets. Attachments:

Sorry this is copy and paste, but putting them here because of the topic forgiveness.
DO NOT-- HATE ONE ANOTHER For we ourselves were also once foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful and hating one another. Titus 3:3 [NKJV]
A "One Anothering" Thought Hate means:
to dislike intensely to feel extreme hostility toward to detest
Hate is a very strong word. We don't like to think that we might hate anyone, especially a brother or sister in Christ. Therefore, we should take this as a reminder to examine ourselves daily to make sure we are not harboring any hatred in our hearts toward anyone, especially towards our fellow believers.
ONE-ANOTHERING IN ACTION: Today examine yourself to see if there might be any hateful thing in you. Do you find yourself intensely disliking a fellow believer? Do you have a feeling of extreme hostility toward someone in your church body? To you detest a brother or sister in Christ? If so, use this time to repent of the hatred, ask the Lord's forgiveness and seek His help to renew your mind and heart to a loving, forgiving attitude. As you do this in obedience to His word, He will change your mind and heart and bless you with His love and strength. Then give the situation to the Lord. Ask Him to take care of it and bring justice and healing as it is needed. Let Him have the burden of it, then you will be able to walk in forgiveness and His love.
Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. Galatians 5:19-21 [NKJV]

DO NOT-- JUDGE ONE ANOTHER Therefore let us not judge one another anymore, but rather resolve this, not to put a stumbling block or a cause to fall in our brother's way. Romans 14:13 [NKJV]
A "One Anothering" Thought Judge means:
to infer, think, or hold as an opinion to decide upon critically pass sentence on(a person)
Judging others or even ourselves is not something we should be doing. God is our Judge and all judgements need to be left up to Him.
ONE-ANOTHERING IN ACTION: Since we don't want to put a stumbling block or a cause to fall in our brother or sister's way, let's resolve each day not to decide critically upon others. Let's not form opinions that could be negative towards another believer, nor pass sentence on them, for in doing so we may cause them to stumble or fall in their faith. Instead, we should pray about it, give it to God, and let Him be the Judge. Then, we can walk in love, and be ready to help others grow in their faith.
"Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven. Luke 6:37 [NKJV]

DO NOT-- LIE TO ONE ANOTHER Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him, Colossians 3:9-10 [NKJV]
A "One Anothering" Thought Lie means:
an inaccurate or false statement an intentional untruth meant to deceive to convey a false impression
I think we all know what a lie is. We have all lied at one time or another. and we have all been lied to at sometime. Even though we know it is wrong to lie, quite often our fleshly nature rises up and lies to defend itself. A lie sometimes comes out of our mouths without us even realizing what we are saying. However, since we are born again, new creations in Christ, we should not be lying or deceiving one another, for satan is the father of lies and deception, and we have no place with him. We need to be very careful how and what we speak.
ONE-ANOTHERING IN ACTION: Examine yourself to see if you might have said something was was inaccurate or that you knew was false. Whether it really harmed anyone or not, repent of it. If you did intentionally speak or write something that was untrue, or if you meant to deceive a brother or sister in Christ, be sure to repent and ask God how you might make recompense for it. Strive to be honest everyday, in every way, not conveying a false impression nor leading anyone into untruth. God will bless you for always being truthful, even when it may be very difficult to do so, and He will always be near to give you just what you need for the task whether it is strength or forgiveness. Just ask Him daily to guard your mouth and your heart, so that you might speak His words and walk in truth.
Therefore, putting away lying, "Let each one of you speak truth with his neighbor," for we are members of one another. Ephesians 4:25[NKJV]
Was going to put this in CR section, but I know nothing of their 'Bible' and where they are coming from. The source of these posts is religion, but I find them to be very spiritual.
