My favorite: We've been told that Clarence S. "The Home Brewmeister - from our 1st, 2nd and 3rd edition Big Books" carried this chip up until just before his death. It has been dated back into the mid-1940's. www.aahistory.com/chips.html

Love this one, it is like a Cameo, and it speaks of finally coming home and finding peace. I was very fragmented and in recovery, I was made whole. I became my own person, and through my Higher Power who I came to believe in, I found myself, which was one of the biggest gifts of all. I remember telling a sponsee, a young guy from Quebec, "If you aren't enjoying recovery, and each year isn't the best year of your life, then look at what you are doing wrong or not doing. Get back to basics." At the presentations here, they say, "This is not a reward, it is a marker of clean time." I don't celebrate for myself, but to show others that it works and give them hope. How many of us have said, "If it works for me, it will work for anyone?" Love this because it says to me, "Each day is a new beginning."
