i had to change connection to the internet serices, when i had a fire wall on my set / its all done now and iam back..
it was driving me up a wall but GOD walked me throw it and iam here now again..

Dear Rose,
Glad to have you back on the board and posting. I haven't been to all the sections and didn't see your post.
God does walk us through life doesn't He! It is amazing how we are given the thought and the direction when we stop to listen.
So many times when I find myself in chaos, I remember after the fact that I had got a thought or a sense of direction and I ignored it or didn't act on it in the moment. Like walking into my apartment and thinking, I had better take something out for supper! When supper time came, nothing was defrosted and I had to do more work to prepare the food, order out which is not economical when you have food in your fridge, or I just "made do" with a sandwich.
I have a friend who is telling me all the time to eat healthy! I need to balance veggies, protein, dairy and carbs! I tell her I do it all the time with a "deviled ham" sandwich. Ham is protein, relish is veggie, mayonnaise is dairy and bread is carb, good ones when I use flax bread. ;D
Is the disease of denial and justification amazing when you think about it!

Sadly my diet has been comprised mostly of bagels until I get to my dinner from Meals on Wheels from Monday to Friday, on the weekend, I am on my own if I can't talk my son into cooking for me.
