W is for Work. Work the Step. Work them into your life and learn to live them. Take the words off the pages of the literature and apply them to your life.

X is for 'Xample. Are you a good eXample to others, do you walk your talk? Do people see you and see someone who is an eXample of someone who is free from the bondage of addiction?

Y is for Yesterday. Yesterday is gone. I can't change it. All I can do is learn from it and put into practice, new ideas, concepts, boundaries, and ways of living, so that in today, I can make healthier decision.

Z is for Zip. Zip to your closest meeting, especially if your emotions are the least bit off balance. Zip your lip (not easy for me, especially when my fingers want to talk for them), when words are better left unsaid.
