Unity

I am one with the unity of all life.
I know that I am united with God and with all of life, but there may be times when I don't feel connected. If I am ever anxious, lonely, or sad, I relax and become still. I then let my thoughts become centered on God
And experience the unity of life.
In the silence, I repeat this affirmation: I am one with the unity of all life. As I allow these words to resonate within me, I understand that there is supply for every need, an answer to every question, and love enough to fill every void.
Knowing that God is the infinite source of all life, I contribute to a stream of consciousness in which the unity of all life is recognized and celebrated. In a continuous flow of creativity, love, and guidance,
I am one with the "allness" that is God.

Have always loved this quote. For me it means, I am not alone and I at one with the Universe. No matter where I go, there will be someone who I can relate and share with.
