W is for Woe is Me. Often we ask ourselves, "Why me?" Why not me? Life happens and I need to get off the pity pot and pick up the tools of recovery and live each day to the best of my ability. I am given a second chance at life, what more can I ask for?

Y is for Yellow. It stands for caution. When you start to get stinking thinking, run to the nearest meeting. Call your sponsor, a friend, a spiritual adviser/clergy, and remember, if you haven't done it yet, you will find yourself there if you relapse. This is a progressive disease.
