I know you have your own turkey recipe but I thought this one sounds good! Here is a turkey recipe that also includes the use of popcorn as a stuffing! Imagine that! When I found this recipe I thought it was perfect for people like me who are just not sure when poultry is throroly cooked but not dried out. Give this a try! 8-15 lb. turkey 1 cup melted butter 1 cup stuffing (Pepperidge Farm is good) 1 cup uncooked popcorn (Orville Renenbacker is good) Salt/Pepper to taste Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush turkey with melted butter salt/pepper. Fill cavity with stuffing and popcorn. Place in baking pan with neck toward the back of the oven. Listen for popping sounds. When the turkey blows the oven door open and the bird flies across the room You know its done!!! And you thought I didn't know how to cook!!!

Yeah, love Thanksgiving. Nice and warm atmosphere with family if you know what I mean. But march 4 holidays are better for getting with family together.
