My landlord room mate constantly inspires 10th steps for me!!!! He is such a know it all but he hard part is that he usually does know it all!!!!! ---------Bunnypie

Know what you mean, they seem to know us better than we know ourselves. I have had a couple of friends who could read me like a book and it really annoyed me. One especially, we would finish each others sentences. Sadly, he recently passed away.

Just for today, I will follow the Good Orderly Direction for my life. Each day I start with the Serenity Prayer and put my day in the hands of my Higher Power. I follow it up with the Third and Seventh Step prayer, so I can get out of the way and allow my HP to speak through me instead of around me or as my ex-sponsee use to say, "Is God hitting you over the head with a spiritual cast iron frying pan?"

Oh Jo!!!---I am sorry your perceptive friend is deceased. It reminds me of an ole rock song by Joni Mitchell she says "don't it always seem to go that ya don't know what you've got till it's gone?" Great Bunny Picture!!! Thanks for posting it!!! I always think their teeth are bigger! Bugs Bunny has real exaggerated teeth so that might be why! YES God can be real obvious sometimes but mostly to me he works in mysterious ways........Bunnypie

Just for today, I will practice patience and tolerance. I can't get into an old e-mail address. Someone sent important information there and I just can't remember the password and when I try for tech support, according to them, I am not in existance. Will try again. Patience is a virtue, have it if you can. I heard that for years, guess I am lacking in today.

Just for today, we are back on acceptance. I am hoping to go down to the mall to meet my friend and hope I won't have the problems I had yesterday. I am also operating on 2 hours sleep, so will see how it goes. I have some grocery shopping to do and I am meeting a friend for coffee.

Hi Jo---I have a hard cover journal with blank pages that I got at the dollar store. I keep all my passwords logged into there so I don't forget them. Some of the sites I have only gone to once. I got messed up with YouTube and had to change passwords a few times. It works to keep them written down in a small book for reference. My memory is not so good and I have to write stuff down.----Bunnypie

Had them written down, can't find the book I had them in. I use to have 10 sites, all with different e-mails and passwords, but MSN and Multiply are no more, so I don't have my sites any more. I am glad that I posted some of the material here, so it wasn't all lost. The Five As and Soundness of Mind is still active, although I think it is read only. I am not sure I can get into them to post.
I write stuff down and lose the paper or misplace the book I wrote it in.

Hope to call me niece to get things fixed up, she works for Bell and checked my a/c for me. I am not sure I have the right e-mail address. My head is just not computing, so will just have to wait until all the brain cells get lined up. Haven't looked at my mail for months. On the most part, all I get is spam for Facebook.

Just for today, I will turn my day over to my Higher Power and allow Him to diirect my path. He seems to come up with much better ideas than I do. It is a good day when we are on the same page, instead of me wandering around with a closed mind and a narrow outlook, trying to find what is not there or trying to make something out of nothing.

I don't do a lot of business on the internet. I am limited as to the amount of time I can be on the computer. I put the sites first, and anything else comes later. This is the longest I have gone without checking my g-mail. The e-mail I am trying to get to is that of my server. I don't send e-mails from there, and not sure it is even set up on this computer.

Could you mention it to your hi tech computer guy? Would he have an idea of how to find out? When I don't know something I have to swallow my pride and ask questions!!!!!!

Just for today, I am grateful. When you think you have things tough, you see someone who is much worse off than you. My sister looked terrible. They are still trying to find some balance and get her body regulated and her medication stabalized. I can walk around and watch TV. She is tied to the bed, with oxygen and many tubes attached to her. I must remember that I never had it so good. I am walking, breathing, and able to talk, all of which she is unable to do in the moment.

Indeed it could be. If you love the bunnies, check out the link of the last 50 posts on the site and you will find lots of bunnies and other pictures. They sure are huggable. For me, the animals tell a great story, over and above the fact that they are just too cute. eor.proboards.com/posts/recentAttachments:

Oh Jo!!!!-----The pix you have posted are just wonderful!!! I want to reach out and the darling babies!!! I had a flopply eared rabbit for over 7 years. She had a little personality on her! I was married at the time in the 1990's. My husband made a "rabbit run" under the windows of the spare 2nd bedroom. It was 10 feet long by 4 feet wide. He made a 4 foot fence so she couldn't jump out. She ran around with a plastic ball and pushed it with her face. She was toilet trained and had an "out house" that she did her business in. LOL the floor of the rabbit run had a heat/air condition vent and she would lay across it. We had a tv & 2 recliner chairs and would spend time in there watching her & tv. She would run around and then lay across the A/C vent going "ooo & ahh" while we were roasting!!! LOL she would look at us with her eyes all sparking!!! She was a character!!! Her name was Mistyeve. It was a cold Misty Eve when we got her at the rabbit farm. She died of cancer. We didn't' even know it till it was too late. She would try to hop and her feet would give out on her. She would go into convulsions and I would throw a bed pillow on top of her to make her stop. We took her to the vet and he said she had cancer that started in her tail and went up to her brain. He showed me an x-ray and I cried my eyes out. We had her put to sleep. I didn't want her to suffer. We buried her in the back yard and the flowers always seem to grow more healthy & wild on her grave.........

I remember you mentioning her in the past. She was a real joy in your life and to be celebrated. We raised rabbits on our farm. At one time we had 80 of them.
