Hi Lin,
Sounds like a great topic.....
I have always had trouble finding balance in my life. I seem to swing, way over in one direction or the other. This is something I have to work on constantly...... Don't think I will be able to make the meeting tonight, but I'd sure appreciate any of you sharing your ESH right here.
Hugs, SG

Hm.. shouldn't that be the topic for SUNday not Monday Maybe the should be "confusion. Anyhow.. I am desperately working on balance. Balance with my sponsor, home group, good feelings, needs, work, relax and play. It's especially hard as I am feeling good. I'm uncomfortable with feelign comfortable...and it throughs me off balance. Hope I see you tonight.

As i looked back at the section..Dj is right. I put Monday and the topic was at the Sunday meting. Sorry for any confusion. I had about `16 people here Sunday for one of our dysfunctional birthday dinners that day. I'm not surprised I put the wrong date. LOL

That was then, this is now and balance is still an issue for me. Not only in my daily life, but physical balance. It is because of balance that I have been having my falls. I think a lot has to do with lack of sleep and poor routines like sleeping through meal times. If I am in pain, I can't sleep. I said to the doctors, manage my pain, build up my strength and I am less likely to fall.
