I am grateful that I am going to have a hi tech computer guy check my desk top computer out this morning. I have been very nervous about the malicious trojan virus I ran into on this site 3 times in the last 3 days. He will determine if it is the site or my computer. I am ungrateful that a few people claim they have never had problems and one person in particular claims that I am scaring people by talking about virus. I would think people would be grateful to be warned and not have an ugly incident happen to them like I did!!! I spent several hours doing scans and frantically plugging & unplugging my computer to save it from dying! I am very grateful it didn't die. I can't afford the time & $ to replace it. My computer is very important to me and I consider it my WTTW (window to the world) I am grateful to have the courage to post here and let people know of possible problems. I am ungrateful that my doing this and taking a risk is NOT appreciated-------Scared Bunnypie

Grateful all is well. Grateful that I didn't have to go to the hospital yesterday. Taking it easy today and if the chest pains return, I will go to the doctor. I think it is the heat, the humidex is very high. The temperature is 29 deg. C which is 85 deg. F. I forgot to look at the humidex, I just saw that there were heat warning all over Ontario. Grateful that I am finally able to be mobile, even though my energy low and slow.

Please keep your fan going and let it stir the air! Drink water and don't get dehydrated! These are 2 real important things when it gets so deadly hot! I am taking my own advice and just taking it easy today. I am grateful I don't have chemo until tomorrow. It is hot & muggy here today so I am moving slow. Bunnypie

My home group is tomorrow. I hope it doesn't storm. It will be hot, but only have to walk about three blocks to get to the bus. Coming home, it is about 4 blocks. If it isn't pouring rain, I am okay, I don't like sitting in wet clothes for two hours, not good for my arthritis.
Today I am grateful for the food I had to eat. I have been grazing. I had a cottage roll sandwich (ham), popcorn, two English Crumpets with Maple Syrup, and I bought a honey bun for breakfast, but not sure it is going to last that long.
