I have serenity knowing that it was 15 years ago since the crazy foreigners smashed the air plane into the office towers in New York. It was chaotic when that happened!!! I am so glad that things are peaceful and safe now. It is a terrible anniversary for America. I wish every one a "Serenity Sunday" today!!!----Bunnypie  |

Yes, that was my first thought today. I said a prayer for the men and women in service today.
My Sunday wasn't so serene as I have been fighting a headache all day. To top it all off, I thought it was Monday and had to check out my computer to see what day it was.
On days like this, I am so grateful for the Serenity Prayer. I did a meditation before I laid down and one ofter dinner, trying to decide whether to post or go to my bed, which is where I felt I should be, but didn't want to miss posting today. That would have had my mind in a state of chaos.

Hope you will be feeling better! LOL my mind can go into a state of choas very easy. The Serenity Prayer helps a lot especially when I add the extra line to it "God Grant Me The Serenity To Just Remember Who I Am"-----Bunnypie |
