Thursday September 29th, 2016 Chip Serenity/Chaos

I went to see the surgeon on Wed. She agreed to do surgery but wanted to do some tests. I had a mammogram and an ultra sound done. The stupid thoughtless asst. circled the area in purple magic marker where tumor is and it won't wash off!!!! I has been chaos!!! I would like to put a big purple circle on her chest in magic marker and she how she likes it!!!! I have my last chemo on Thursday and then it will be a race against time to see when the MRI can be done. The insurance has to approve it. The cancer starts to grow back when chemo is stopped and I could literally be dying waiting for them to approve the MRI that will show what the surgeon has to do for surgery. I will definitely asking God to grant me the serenity to accept the things I can not change.........Aggravated & Baffled Bunnypie

Hopefully you won't have to wait two long. You won't die immediately, you do have a state of grace I am sure. Maybe she put the marker there so it will still be visible when she does the surgery. Maybe she doesn't want it removed.

Even though my day was busy, it never got to be chaotic. I had no reason to hurry. When I came out of the mall, it had stopped raining and I could get the bus home and not have to take a taxi.

Good News on the bus over the taxi! I am sure it saved you some $. I hope & pray I don't have to wait too long for surgery. The oncologist said if it is more then 2 weeks that she would pay cash for the surgery. I had tears in my eyes! The d**n medical rules will NOT accept cash once insurance is involved!!! It is so frustrating the way medical stuff is handled in America!!! I feel like I am at the mercy of the insurance and it truly is a life and death situation. They are telling me $ is no good once insurance is involved and it has been involved for over 5 months now!!! The phrase d**nded if you do & d**ned if you don't really applies to me right now.......Doomed & Baffled Bunnypie
