The hospital called and changed the check in time to 10:30am instead of 9:30am. It started out as 7am check in for surgery. I have to get organized and make sure I have all the directions how they want it. A button down shirt, no food, no water, and be there at the right time. Sorry for the postponement. Hope surgery went well. You are in our prayers.
I got organized enough today to make oatmeal butterscotch chip cookies tonight after dinner. Surprised myself, not feeling good at all. It was even more surprising seeing as I made curried chicken, rice pilaf, and corn for dinner. I haven't been eating full course meals for a few days.
Will be glad when the surgery is done too. I hope the operation was a big success.

Hi Jo---Chicken currie & butterscotch cookies sounds like a feast to say the least!!! You can freeze/refrigerate it and have a good dinner/desert waiting for you!!! Everyone was real kind and sweet to me and I got home at 5:30pm. I chugged 2 bottles of water and a bowl of chicken & stars soup when I got home. I crawled into bed and slept real sound. I have a special bra to wear and the one I bought for $75 was not even needed!!! There is NO tube or bottle for draining!!! We will be amazed!!!
I was stabbed and smashed by 3 different doctors/techs and they all signed their names in magic marker on my breast!!! I am stiff and sore but not in much pain. I have taken pills for pain and they must be working. So d**n grateful-----Bunnypie

Hey Jo---It must be your prayers that did it!!! I am real sore and stiff and my left side is hurtin for certain but I am able to type without any pain. There is a God!!! I have had lots of email to keep up with and it is such a blessing to be able to type and reply to everyone. Thanks for stopping by! YOU put the sweet in sweetheart!!!
