I got a notice in the mail that my car insurance has been raised $150!!! I am gonna have to look for different insurance. I am aggravated that I already had to change medical insurance and now car insurance. I want to be lazy and let it slide but that is a lot of $!!! I am going to have to get on the phone today and be active and look for more affordable insurance. I have a month before it expires. In Illinois you have to have car insurance or you can't drive legally. Car insurance & medical insurance are mandatory. I have already made a list of insurance companies to start calling. Guess I will have to get active but right now I am going back to bed......Bunnypie  |

Sorry, another headache to deal with. Insurance is one of the reasons I couldn't afford to drive, even if my doctor told me several years ago that my arthritis is too bad for me to drive safely. I just don't have the reflexes and movement in my neck and no strength in my hands, although power steering is a blessing, my VW didn't come equipped with it.
I was very active today. I wasn't physically active, but mentally active playing bridge. I was so glad to see that I hadn't forgotten everything. I had terrible cards and didn't get to play many hands, but could play good defense.
I was active when I got home, I did laundry instead of sitting watching TV. I even got a couple of chapter read while waiting for the machines to do their thing. Sure beats the day of the scrub board and wringer washing machines. ')

YES! I have a couple of fancy sweaters that have to be hand washed & what a pain in the A$$ that is. I am so grateful for washing machines & dryers!!!!
