It is just after midnight and there still is no word on who is the new president. I can't relax and feel very anxious wanting to know who won!!! Off Topic: when I went to get my bandages changed the nurse told me I had to be very careful about doing too much movement with the left arm. She said I was having pain because of moving too much. I did get a little defensive as it is hard for me to be perfectly still all the time. She did say that it is healing nicely and I have to go back on 11/23rd to be checked again. Making progress?!-----Bunnypie

I just found out that Donald Trump is our new president. I hope he will live up to his promises to make America great again. I heard Hillary Clinton didn't even show up to her victory party or to congratulate him. She is probably crying her eyes out! This has been a real close race and I can relax now knowing that we do have a new president-----Bunnypie

Had a relaxing day, I didn't go out the door. I didn't get to my Al-Anon meeting. I went back to bed because I had only had 3 hours sleep. I have felt like going back to bed all day, still not feeling up to par, but had a little talk with myself and told myself if you sleep now, you won't sleep tonight. That my have been defensive, but the reality is that if I sleep tonight, it will probably be only 2 or 3 hours. Normally I try to get my sleep when I can get it and try not to be too defensive about having a nap or going to bed early or late.

Hey Jo---I agree with your thinking! If you can't get sleep when you want get it when you can. I have been just exhausted since the surgery and take naps and sleep off and on. It is hard to get a balance when your body is trying to heal and you just can't seem to get comfortable. Just As Bunnypie Sees It
