I have been stranded without my car for 11 days now. The garage has kept it for 16 days. They claimed it would only be 5 days to fix it! It is bad enough when I procrastinate but when someone else does it that just gets me furious!!! I am hoping I will hear something today or tomorrow. I will never use that garage again. Their procrastination has cost them a customer! Someone once told me that procrastination is like masturbation-you are only screwing yourself!!! That is so true...  |

If it was me, I would be on the phone and asking, "Where is my car?" 5 days doesn't mean when ever you are ready to give it back to me.
Pain woke me up, laid back down but pain wouldn't allow me to get comfortable. I have only had about 2 hours sleep. Going to take a shower and see if that takes away the cobwebs and helps to ease my pain. I can always sleep after the meeting. Don't like missing my home group. I asked my cards if it was in my best interest to go and I pulled the wolf card which means teacher. This means that I am responsible to go and share my experience, strength, and hope and set an example by being at my home group.

It says in How It Works that we are willing to go to any length. I swallowed my pride and asked for a ride to the meeting this morning. The topic was on the 7th step. I have to humbly ask God to remove my defects of character so I can be useful to him and my fellows. I have to request NOT demand. There is a big difference between a request and a demand!!!
