I try to be responsible and take care of chores & do my laundry. I do get irresponsible and have a "pajama day" especially if I am real tired and don't have any energy. The cancer treatments have given me chronic fatigue where I am just cross eyed tired. I don't have a real good balance on that yet. I try to be responsible whenever I can manage it-------Bunnypie

Don't have my physical balance for some reason. This morning trying to get dressed, I lost my balance and hit the corner of the wall by my closet. Last night, I fell and landed on the arm of my chair and bed. Thankfully there was no room in between for me to fall through. I am finding it really scary.
I was very irresponsible yesterday as I forgot to pick up my blister pack. The pharmacy doesn't open until 10 a.m. and I generally take my morning meds between 4-7 a.m., so it puts my body out of whack. The balance thing happened before that though. I took my blood pressure and it was 188/60 and I sat for a few moments and it went to 178/67. Planning to go and take it again shortly.
The crazy thing was that I had gone into the pharmacy and forgot the meds. So glad that this is a one day at a time program.

Oh Jo!-----That is scary to lose balance like that! Has your doctor checked your ears for equilibrium??? I was told that controls your balance. I hope you get that problem resolved before you really hurt yourself in a fall. Good Luck & God Bless!----Bunnypie
