This is a chip of extreme emotions. I have to love everyone but I don't have to like them. I hate how I get pushed around by the medical system with insurance and appts. I will love to have my cancer treatments finished but hate how I have to go thru them one at a time for 33 times!!! I do have a mix of love & hate......Bunnypie

Love and hate are definitely intermingled. I love my family and my dogs but I hate having to watch them get older and sick. I love my husband especially but hate how he treats me when he gets angry. I hate that we are retired and have money to travel and can't. I hate having to walk on egg shells to avoid setting him off these days. I have not heard him laugh in weeks.

Don't feel a lot of hate today, most of it is anger and not liking people's actions. Like the days I look at my son and he seems to be missing, at least the son I use to know. I know it is his disease, and if there is one thing I really HATE it is the disease of addiction.
A friend said, "I am glad you don't hate me." I said, "I have never hated you, in fact I don't even dislike you." I might have not liked some of her actions and choices, but that isn't the person.
