Saw this and remembered that Lin said it was the topic of her Al-Anon meeting yesterday.

Detachment does not mean I no longer love the person. I detach because I do love the person and don't want to feed into their game playing, their dis-ease, and pity parties.

I need to live in today. For me, I need to ask that my perception be healed. I ask for my inner knowing in prayer. I need that good orderly direction in my life and I need to detach from anything that takes away from MY sobriety (soundness of mind).
