Did some of you watch Oprah show Wednesday?
I got in for part of it, and then went to her web-site to read more about today's show.
It was on prescription drug abuse. I think it was mostly housewives, or at least women, on the program.
The Oprah site has information on the show that aired, and also message board for people to read and post on.
It is interesting, I wish I could have seen the whole show today. carrie

I heard about the show myself, but unfortually I forgot about it the next day it was to air. I am sure it was a good show..

I missed Oprah's show, I must have had Judge Judy
on the tv that time of day. I did find her site and I am
putting the url for that days show info.

She did focus on "Suburban Moms Addicted to Drugs",
but I know from experience, that it is not "just" women
that are addicted to prescription drugs.

I have a sister and brother-in-law that are both
addicted to prescription drugs. I have watched them
go to doctor after doctor to get what they need. I am
not an expert, but I thought there was suppose to
be a check and balance system, with the pharmacies?
