Love the saying, "Just because I make a mistake, doesn't mean I am one." As I was told, the failure was in the not trying. To give up and not even try was a far bigger mistake thank trying and not being able to figure something out. I didn't have to be the know all and do all, and I could ask for help, and it was okay. I use to be embarrassed to admit I didn't know. If I didn't know, I sure found out in a hurry in case you found out that I didn't know. I remember saying to my boss, "That is what I said, I just said it differently." It was a half truth, I did know what he found out about a situation, I just forgot to tell him that he had an option as to whether he paid us or not.
