This reminds me that it was my thinking that got me into trouble in the first place. Quite often thought was followed by action. I was grateful when I heard in the rooms of recovery, "Just because you have a thought, you don't have t act on it." Even better, "Just because you have a feeling, you don't have to act on it. No more act/react. I could work the slogan Hesitate and Meditate. In other words think before you speak. But then in recovery, I had to change those thoughts into healthy ones.

THIS GOES WITH THE THOUGHT IN THE COLUMN, A DAY CAN START ANY TIME. WE HAVE FREEDOM OF CHOICE. WE CAN MAKE A DECISION IF OUR DAY IS CLOUDY AND GRAY OR FULL OF SUNSHINE.
