GRATITUDE Failure is instructive. The person who really thinks, learns quite as much from his failures as from his successes. John Dewey I am reminded that home is where the heart is. There are many people out there who are homeless and do not have a home, yet I know that a lot do have heart. Those who have, need to be grateful for what we have and share with others. It is only through God’s grace we have, and yes although we have worked for it, it can be taken from us if we do not have gratitude. Gratitude is an action word, you don’t say it you show it. We may not think we can do much but every little bit helps, and we become the richer - in mind, body and spirit. So many people live in fear because they don’t want to let go of what they have, never trusting that God is a great supplier.

Gratitude Question For Today Can you name 3 things in your life, you have to be thankful for? This is a reminder for us to be grateful for all that we have as we end our day of activity listing them down. "Our lives would be quite transformed if we cultivated the consciousness of gratitude as a daily practice." - Linda Watson GRATITUDE LIST: 1) Waking up this morning to a new day 2) Food to cook supper for my boyfriend and my sponsee 3) A computer to carry the message of recovery to those who still suffer.

GRATITUDE LIST: A day spent with my son sharing a Thanksgiving Dinner. A treatment at the Holistic Center to help my hip that was out of joint. I finished my book, a good one that I didn't want to put down. It was a real page turner.
