Thank you my friends for your kind words and thoughts.

Am rather numb in shock, not fully realizing she has gone, twice today I had the thought of picking up the phone can calling her, another time wondering what she would say and do about a certain situation.

Due to my sister's surgery, the holiday weekend, the final memorial service probably won't be until the 17th of April, which seems a very long, long time away.

We can't always have what we want, we take the cards as they fall and how they are dealt and deal with them one day at a time. My son and my boyfriend were here today, and my friend Michael called to go play bridge tonight, and received about eight phone calls, so I am blessed with friends on and off line.

Thank you all for being here for me.

The 17th? wow..that's the longest I ever herd of holding somebody before a service. That's very hard on the family to wait that long. She died about Tuesday the 27th? right? waiting 3 weeks is a very long wait.

I'm very sorry to hear about your loss Caressa. it's never easy to lose somebody we love. It does seem almsot cruel to make everybody wait this long for the service.
