Having trouble thinking through my pain. Feel blocked off from my God, especially after losing my post. Nothing seems to be working, rce packs, soak in bathtub,, extra strength Tylenol and Tylenol Arthritis. 8ronically, pain started up after taking Lyrics, my doctor's solution to my pain.

Finding myself very angry and that isn't good for my recovery. I need to let it go now that I have acknowledged it. This too shall pass.

Each day is a new beginning, so have a great one.
