B is for Believe. Believe in a Higher Power, the program, yourself and others.

C is for Courage. We need courage to work the Steps, especially the 4th. Courage helps us dig a little deeper or the truth.

D is for Danger. Anger is a danger to your recovery. How many times in the past did you pick up and used because of another person's act or words. Watch out for those danger zones.

E ls for Effort. The effort that you put into your recovery will show itself although you may not see it. What you put into it you get out of it.

G is for Go. Go to your God in times of trouble. Go to your God when times are good and give thanks.
Go in your knees, God answers knee-mail.

H is for Humility. I was told that the word meant "To become teachable.". It does not mean humility. We had enough humiliation prior to recovery. It is not humiliating to say I don't know. We can't know what we have not been taught.

I is for Interests. Find interests and hobbies. Take your program outside the rooms of recovery.

K is for Kindness. Give some to others and some for yourself. Quit being so hard in yourself.

L is for Love. Love yourself as you love your neighbour. I know that is reversed but we can beat ourselves up, disrespect ourselves, and treat ourselves as though we don't matter. The Creator made us. We are lovable. 💗💕💞💓

M is for Meetings. I heard that churches were opening. Hopefully this means meetings will start up again.

O is for Over. Recovery is never over. You do the Steps over and over. Each time you uncover a layer and you heal just a little more.

Q is for Quest. Go on a spiritual quest. Find a connection to a God of your understanding. What is your understanding of who God is to you.

R I'd for Release. Release the past. Reject what no longer served you. You have to feel the feelings before you can truly let them go.

S is for Sorry. Sorry is a word that is often overused and said with little meaning or feeling. Saying I am sorry isn't an amend. An ad menfan amend is about change.💫

T is for Take. Take what you need and leave the rest. Don't take all the marbles they won't fit in your hand anyway. Take what you need and then pass it onto others after you have processed it pass it on to someone else.
