Just got home from my doctor's office and have been officially diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. It is all new and strange and the machine they gave me is overwhelming, I don't do well with moving parts.
I have to watch my diet and I have been put on medication, thankfully, I don't have to do insulin shots.
Your prayers would be appreciated.

Hey Caressa, You have my prayers. I know that with all the stuff they have for Dieabetes they can be pretty much able to live a normal life as much as possible. Machines? Is this new? or are u talking about a meter machine? My father is type 2 also, but is on isulin 3 xs a day. Hopefully you won't have to go on insulin. Take care, eat right and no cheating.

On a pill, the machine is to test my blood. My two sisters have diabetes, one is on insulin the other isn't. Glad I am not there.
