Tomorrow I see a surgeong about having surgery. I have been waiting four months to see him. Gosh only knows when the surgery will take place.
I go also on the 4th to have an Ultra Sound to have further tests to verify what was found on my Mamogram. I don't know what they found, but it was enough that they have requested additional testing and x-rays. It has been difficult dealing with the unknown, especially when the fear of cancer is lurking.

I'm having a mammogram this afternoon. I wish you the best.
I jtu read your post abotu the diabetes. When I was first told my osteoporosis was worse and I had to go on daily shots, I was a basket case. Jut knowing there is something different in my health and it will take an unusual treatment, really can send us for a loop. If you are like me...you liek to stay in a comfort zone. ANd adding a machine or a daily shot, can kick us right out of that zone. Before long you will be used to it and it won't bothe you at all. That's how it was with my shots. And afte 2 years the bone density has actually improved!
I'll pray for your health..and you can pray for mine.

Thank Lin. I am not on insulin, I am taking Metformin and watching my diet. My one sister has to take insulin shots the other one is on pills although a much higher dose than mine.
I was never much for sweets but it amazing how much you can crave something when you aren't suppose to have it.
