Happy Monday! yesterday when I went to Dunkin I had just gotten my car and started it to leave. I was pushing a button and buckling seatbelt. I heard a vehicle scrape the curb and then a crash. At almost the same time a truck with Mississippi plates zoomed in the lot and parked on the other side of me. If I had already been backing out we probably would have crashed. I drove around the building to exit and saw a smaller white truck had come across and plowed into the front of the building. The glass broke and the brick and moirtar under the glass caved in some. I texted the manager when I got home and told her about the zooming truck that may have caused it. She said they would look at the cameras . today she showed me the camera on her phone. It was definitely the zooming truck fault.he sort of made a u-turn from the wrong lane to turn in and caused the smaller truck to swerve into the curb and crash the building. The one that caused it didnt even come back and talk to them. He had to know he caused that accident. The guy who crashed gave a name but the policeman could not find a license or insurance in that name. Hopefully they can get the building fixed today since it is just covered in plastic.
Today I need to get my allergy shot and do some cleaning. The house cleaner comes tomorrow but I have cut her duties to just the kitchen floor and the wooden floors. She is finished in less than 3 hours. But I was hoping it would be clo9ser to 2. I do the rest. Don't want to let her go completely. Cut how often and what she does and how much I pay.
