a FEW DAYS AGO...LAST fRIDAY WE HAD A CAR WRECK. wE WERE PULLING OUT FROM A SIDE STREET AT A GREEN LIGHT ONTO A 4 LANE MAIN ROAD. i GUY IN A PICKUP RAN THE RED LIGHT AND HIT US. hE KNOCKED OFF THE FRONT END. I went to hospital in ambulance. Was there 5 hours. I have three cracked ribs. Getting out of bed first thing in the morning...when pain pills had worn off...is extremely painful Bending over to set the dog bowl down or pick it up...more difficult that sitting or walking. I am very slow moving. Mike also has the same symptoms but for some stubborn reason he is refusing to get checked. I read that cracked ribs take 1-3 months to heal. MIght be more since I have had osteoporosis and osteopenia for years. I would love it if I could comfortable get up in the morning. I have not been to Wal mart since Friday morning. Have not been to the gym since Friday. Trying to take it easy. Waiting to see if they will pay to fix it or if it is totalled. His vehicle only had 6000 miles on it. Sigh.
