We are getting more snow and we still need a lot more to fill the reservoirs. They have moved us down a couple notches on the scale of drought but we are not out of the woods. And we can not take what we have for granted.

When my sister moved up here and she agreed to take over the apartment when I moved out I left her a bunch of stuff. One of which was the WOW! computer especially made for seniors. I thought she would be able to learn on it. I think her boyfriend who tries to be a computer geek, went in and removed all my stuff so the computer could go back to factory settings. Sis could not learn and in truth she didn't want to. So the computer came back to me. Now I can't get in to remove what ever they put on it. She cannot remember what passwords she used and it is such that the password has to be entered to do anything. Plus she waited a few years to tell me she didn't want it so the memory is even more faded [actually in the dark :281: ]

Now I have what had been a great computer for a senior that is technologically challenged that I wanted to give someone that needed one and I'm not sure what to do with it.

I have gotten laundry caught up, folded and ready to be put away. I am chairing the meting today; with all my recovery sisters so I sat and went through some books to get something that jumped off the page t have as a topic.

I am hoping I got the right ink on Amazon for my printer. I do not usually let myself run out before getting another cartridge but I did this time.

Th new channel guide is so tiny in print I can not read it. So I tried channel surfing. I cannot find the ones I really like. Instead I find I have over 20 channels religious. I wonder if she saw me as a heathen that needs that many. Also I am having trouble getting a real live person on the phone to see about getting some of my money back on the 2 months that they over charged me.

So many lessons on acceptance these days.

Sorry to hear about the comuter with missing password. I have a password book and put them in there. So many I may only use once a year such as a store. WW, amazon and email I use almost every day. So I can remember those.

I am sure you pi8cked a great topic! We had ladies Bible study last night. It was very good. After we did the person discussion we jsut talked about our faith.

Been a ruff couple of weeks but I am back to fluttering albeit very slowly.

I am finally in my new place completely. I wish I knew how to show you the pictures from my back deck...which happens to be right off my bedroom [only access ] Great place to hide out...do my meditations and enjoy God's artistry

How wonderful to hear from you! Glad to hear you are back. My hubby has had a rough couple of weeks. He finally went to the Er last wednesday and they said he has pneumonie. He has antibiotics and inhaler. But he is still wheezing and finds it hard to breathe.

Hi folks

Geek squad came in but I still have to try o get this in the shop... there is something in here geeks could not get rid of

It has been kind of hard settling in. I had 14 trees on this lot that were dead.
I found a guy to cut them down but then it had to be cut to manageable pieces, Fortunately and gratefully my sister helped one day and a sponcee another day. I also have a neighbor that was phenomenal that helped both days and he got a head start on the flower beds. but back to the trees for a second...this community brings in the huge dumpsters only 2 days...and it s 2 days of the year so it took a great deal to get it all done. They left them for one more day I think because of the trees. I know here was one man that got into it with my neighbor so it wouldn't surprise me if he went to the office to gritch. So it is p0ossible . I asked what is community property and what is mine. The HOA manager felt bad when she told me it was my responsibility.

This being the first time to be in a place that has HOA I didn't know the questions to ask. They do give a binder with all the resources available and of course the rules but that is only after everything is signed. Had I know3n I would have had the seller take responsibility for some of the stuff. I put out about $11,000 for repairs and the lawn (trees) That really took a lot out of my emergency funds so I have to wait till I put some of that back before tackling other things

I tried to put a pic of my kitter kat but wasn't able to...I'll ask then when I take machine in.

Sounds like we both had computer issues lately and geek squad. I paid $180 for in store help and then had to pay $156 for one to come to my house.
