Kathleen is right. Things will get better now. Take everythign one day at a time..one hour at a time if you have to.

My sponsor use to say three seconds. She has narcolepsy. She has seizures, just blacks out in the moment and people think she has just gone to sleep.

She has woke up the other end of the city from where she wanted to go many times. She said, "It takes acceptance." The problem is there, I have to acceptit, and just keep trying one day at a time. She has 25 years in the program and is a lot better than she use to be, but she is a good example for me that you have to work the program, just for today and live in the moment.
