f is for FACING UP! I had to face up to my own actions, reactiosn, fears, character defects, etc. Once I FACEd them. i was able to work on them.

I went on a fabulous fact - finding mission when I did my Fourth step. Finding faults and flaws, but also assets to reunite my faithful forgiving family.
