G is for GRATITUDE....this helps me deal with alot of my self- pity, anger and resentments.

The "G" that I have chosen is God. For with Him I would have nothing. No peace, no serenity, no program. I would still be very much insane and living in a world of chaos. God is the one who guides me through each day. He is the one who helps me make sense of an insane world. He is the one who provides me with the moral and spiritual fortitude that I need in this world. Thank you God for being there for me, even after all the years that I turned my back on you.

G is for GRACE..GRACE is a gift from GOD. Alot of the things I do each day help me receive GRACE.

A simple behavior like gossiping about another for motives of diminishing him/her in order to build ourselves up or to judge the person will have predictable negative consequences
