J is for justice. What I put out comes back to me, I am as a result of decisions made. Today I will be mindful of Divine Justice and give thanks for lessons learned.

Just for today, I choose to stay clean and sober. I will aim for sobriety (peace of mind) in all my affairs and practice this program for twenty-four hours every mindful that a day can start anytime.
When I live in the moment and in the day, I find joy and peace of mind.

An odd one...but j is for JAIL. When my spouse fgot his last DUI and went to jail, he went to a 93 day rehab the same week. At the time it was a "bottom". I am grateful for the 2 plus years of sobriety that JAIL brought.

Jail, institutions and death is a choice when you don't choose recovery.

J is fio JUST SAY NO....a program in schools to remind us to say NO to drugs and alcohol. In recovery I ahve learned that NO is a complete sentence. I dont ahve to be a people pleaser today. i can Say NO if my plate is too full.
