N is for NEWCOMERS...they help me rememebr how far I ahve come...they keep me coming back because i have to give away waht I was given.

N is for Now. When I live in the now, I can find peace and serenity. I don't have to carry the burdens of yesterday or the projections of tomorrow when I stay in today, in the moment.
