That was the part I related to the most.
I call it the MOM syndrome whtn I woudl try to make a mountain out of a molehill. Now I can put the ugly parts of my childhood and life in the past and focus instead of the better times.
I can't change my past..but I CAN change how I choose to look at it.

My sponsor told me to not look at things as problems, but as challenges. Problems we can stay stuck in, challenges we can overcome.
What I need to be mindful of is, what is mine and what is not mine and the wisdom to know the difference.
