Healthy eating and living is so important to sobriety. I was told in early recovery to make sure that I took Vitamin B compound and a Multi-Vitamin. Vitamin D is also an important one for me because it helps with fatigue and I need it along with my calcium and magnesium. Magnesium helps with muscle spasms. Drinking lots of water is important and it is something I have a diffiult time doing. It use to be 8 glasses a day and now I am being told 10. Rest is important and my biggest problem is getting over tired and spending too much time on the computer. I laid down this afternoon because of my feet but it does make for sound sleep at night. I always seem to remember the second half of the slogan before I remember the first. Easy Does It....But do it!!!
