I is for Innocence. Learning to be teachable. To become humble and say I don't know, and learn to walk a new life with baby steps.
Returning to the child-like parts of Self that need no support from the ego. Learn to love, laugh and play again, and eleminate old insecurities.

Q is for Quiet. I must quiet my mind and I need to go to the quiet within so I can hear the Good Orderly Direction I need daily. When I let my thoughts and feeligns race, I can't hear the message, and if I am not quiet I have no message to give.
