N is for.....NOT.
Not having the angers Not having the resentments Not having the guilt Not having the fears Not having all the character defects Not being the screaming maniac Not having the insanity Not living in a world of clouded reality

R is for Remember.
Remember when you came into recovery and how you felt!
Remember that you have a Higher Power that you can go to for help.
Remember there is always a meeting you can go to and share your fears as well as your faith.
Remember it is important to get a sponsor and to take the time to share with him/her.
Remember today is for living, not dying!
