J is for Joy. The first line of Step Twelve has always been special to me. "The joy of living is the theme of AA's Twelfth Step, and action is its key word.
It is to be shared as well as experienced.

Q is for Quite not Quit! Recovery can be quite a lot of fun when you quit drugs and alcohol. It is a natural high and quite the experience.

S is for Silly. It is nice to be silly once in a while and not take life so seriously, look up Rule 62 in Tradition Four of AA for affirmation.
