Just as a quick note for those who don't know of Tradition 5 as Lin posted it goes as follows:-
"Each Al-Anon Family group has but one purpose: to help the families of alcoholics. We do this by practicing the Twelve Steps of AA ourselves, by encouraging and understanding our alcoholic relatives, and by welcoming and giving comfort to families of alcoholics."

Z is for Zig and Zag. Many times before I came into recovery I zigged when I should have zagged. Today through my Higher Power, I am given the direction I need to go. When something goes wrong in my life, and I find myself back where I zigged when I should have zagged, it is because I didn't listen or trust that small voice within.
