A is for AWARENESS. I could only change things i was diong that were not healthy for me when I became AWARE of exactly what i was doing.

D is for Doctors. I need to go to a professional and not play doctor myself. I have been sick with bronchitis for days now and I sure am glad to have Doctors care....

Q is for QUIET. The spouse and the dogs are all asleep. The tv is on low and it's QUIET here. I enjoy this QUIET time each day.

T is for TIME. i am grateful for any TIME i have to myself...time for pampering ME. time for playing with the dogs....TIMe for shopping and eating out. With 2 jobs, TIME is at a premium.
