A is for Amends. Amends isn't just about saying "I'm sorry!" Amends are, "Not doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." It is trying to learn from our mistakes, so we don't repeat them.

Asking for it when you need it. Giving it when you can.
That is what this program is all about. Helping ourselves, and growing stronger , then passing that help on to others.

Q is for Quality. There is a big difference between quality and quantity sobriety. I was at a 34 year anniversary last night and there was a fellow in the audience who kept making crude and rude remarks and I know he has been around for a long time and my thoughts were, "What is he on?" It really was sad.
