C is for Courtesy. A little manners go along way and I was raised to say please and thank you. This program reminds me to have gratitude and to show that gratitude, I must give back to others who took the time for me and cared when I couldn't love myself when I came into the program.

D is for Determination..... I am determined to deal with things ODAAT and not say and think what ifs..... i fi can get through today with sanity and serenity,then that is my accomplishment. I will worry about tomorrow when it comes. Doris

E is for Erase. I need to change the old and to do that I must bring it out of the darkness into the Light so I can have healing needed to erase the pain of my past.
