H is for Help. It was important for me to reach out and ask for help. I no longer needed to be and do all things for all people. Ms. Helper had to learn to help and take care of herself, instead of focusing outside of herself.

O is for.... overwhelming.
Life is full of ups and downs. There will be times when you feel that life is overwhelming. There is just too much going on. Work, the kids, the holidays, and on and on ad infinitum.
When you feel overwhelmed that is just the time to intensify your prayers and working your program. There was a line I read somewhere that went something like this..... If you pray a half hour a day on a regular day, pray for and hour when you are busy.
Keep centered and focused on what your priorities are.
Love & God Bless Arlene
