U is for Unity. It is important to look at what is good for the whole. We have a lot of members who visit but don't post. It would be nice to have others share their E S & H.

V is for Vital. It was important for me to stay clean and sober. It was vital to my recovery to go to meetings, to share, and to work the Steps. Using wasn't an option and that meant I couldn't substitute one drug for another.

W is for Wisdom. Learning the wisdom to know the difference was difficult for me. I left everything up to God because I didn't want to deal with it, then being the addict that I am, I wanted to fix everything, yesterday if possible. It was learning to be honesty with myself and how to leave things up to my HP, after all He has more experience than I have.

Y is for Yet. People say, I have done that 'yet'. They compare instead of identify. If you pick up again or choose not to stop, then there is a good possibility that you will. This is a progressive disease.
